Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you place an order through garphyttan.com, operated by Garphyttan Outdoor AB (“Website”) (“Garphyttan”) (“Garphyttan.com”), reg. no. 559489-6655. By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full, including our policies on privacy, cookies, and data handling.

To shop on garphyttan.com, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a legal guardian. Once an order has been confirmed by Garphyttan, a binding agreement is established between you as the customer and Garphyttan Outdoor AB.

All prices are displayed in SEK, NOK, DKK, or EUR, depending on your location, and include VAT. We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, descriptions, and technical specifications at any time. We also reserve the right for potential errors in text, imagery, stock status, or pricing, and for deviations in color representation due to lighting or screen settings.

Order Confirmation and Product Availability

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation by email containing all relevant order details. Please check this email to ensure everything is correct. Save your confirmation as it may be needed for any contact with customer service. While we do our best to keep stock information updated, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if an item is out of stock or has been discontinued.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible from our central warehouse in southern Sweden. Products shown as available on the website are typically in stock for immediate delivery. Orders are shipped via DB Schenker and UPS, and delivery times vary by region. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days within Sweden,  and 3–6 business days in the EU and Norway. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays, or during campaign periods such as Black Friday may take longer to process and deliver.

We offer free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK / 1500 NOK / 1500 DKK / 150 EUR. Orders below these thresholds will incur a shipping fee shown at checkout. All orders are traceable and must be collected within the carrier’s timeframe. If your package is not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee of 300 SEK / 300 NOK / 300 DKK / 30 EUR from your refund.

When you receive your delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the contents and ensuring the order is correct. If anything is missing, incorrect, or damaged, contact us immediately. Damage that occurs during shipping must be reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We offer a 30-day open purchase policy. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. To return an item, use the return form included in your package. If you use our prepaid return label, you only need to drop the parcel at your nearest drop-off point. A return fee will be deducted from your refund: 50 SEK / 70 NOK / 50 DKK / 7 EUR. Return shipping is free for exchanges.

Returned items must be in original condition. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its function, Garphyttan reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduced value of the product.

If you return your entire order, we will refund the total invoice value minus any return fees. If you return only part of your order and the remaining order value drops below the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee will be deducted. Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days after your return has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to change the size, color, or model, please return the item and place a new order.

Complaints

As a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint for manufacturing defects within three years of purchase, provided it is done within a reasonable time and no later than two months after discovering the issue. The complaint must relate to a defect caused by the production or design of the item and not to normal wear and tear. If you wish to file a complaint, please contact customer service before returning the item.

In cases of approved complaints or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the return shipping cost, provided you use our prepaid return label. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be noted on the carrier’s delivery slip upon receipt. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in the event of any dispute.

Payment

We work with Walley Checkout to offer flexible and secure payment solutions in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. You can choose to pay by card, direct bank transfer, invoice, or installment, depending on what options are available at the time of purchase. With invoice and installment options, the products are delivered before payment is due. You must provide your registered residential address and be at least 18 years old. A credit check may be performed in connection with invoice or installment purchases.

Customers in Germany currently have access to card payments only. In other European countries, payments are handled via Stripe, which supports most major card types including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Swish and Vipps are also available in supported markets, with refunds processed through the same method in case of a return.

Business purchases via invoice

In cooperation with Walley, we offer invoice and installment payment options for businesses in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. This means you will receive your goods before making a payment. The invoice due date may vary and will be clearly stated on the invoice sent to your company.

We offer:

  • Standard invoice – Receive an invoice with each purchase.

  • Monthly summary invoice – All purchases made during a calendar month are combined into a single invoice, sent the following month.

  • Installment payment – Split your payment over time, with details provided by Walley after checkout.

To use a business payment method, select “Company” at checkout and enter your organization number. Available shipping methods and any applicable fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Late or missed payments will incur a reminder fee and interest on arrears.

Privacy and Personal Data

Garphyttan Outdoor AB handles all personal data in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act and EU data protection regulations. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data to fulfill your order and provide customer service. We never share your data with external parties outside the Garphyttan group unless required for payment or delivery.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. If you wish to update or remove your data, please contact us by email.

Anti-Spam Policy

We never send unsolicited messages. As a customer, you may receive emails or text messages related to your order, delivery, or payment. If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, you may receive offers and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link provided in each message.

Cookies

We use cookies to improve website functionality, navigation, and the user experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Some cookies are temporary, while others remain on your device until deleted. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings. Force Majeure

Garphyttan is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government decisions, delivery failures by suppliers, or other events outside of our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Garphyttan Outdoor AB follows the guidelines and decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Customers within the EU may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Printing Errors

We reserve the right for local variations, typographical errors, and discrepancies in stock levels. This includes errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content presented on the website.
