Shipping origin
All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in southern Sweden.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible from our central warehouse in southern Sweden. Products shown as in stock are normally available for immediate dispatch. Orders are shipped via DSV and UPS, and delivery times vary by destination.

Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or peak periods such as Black Friday may require additional processing time.
All orders are traceable and must be collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee of 300 SEK / 300 NOK / 300 DKK / 30 EUR from your refund.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and verify that the contents are correct. If anything is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Shipping damage should be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible.
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery, regardless of your location.

If a partial return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days after your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unused and returned in their original condition.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our online withdrawal form available here. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team directly.
Walley Invoice Payments
If you paid using a Walley invoice, we recommend downloading the Walley app for iOS or Android. In the app, you can pause your invoice while your return is being processed to avoid any late fees.
Refunds via Walley
If you paid using Walley, you may need to register a payout account before receiving your refund. This only needs to be done once and can be completed in the Walley app or through their web portal at Walley.se.
🇸🇪 Swedish customers:
Use the prepaid return shipping label included in your parcel. Simply re-pack the item(s), attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest DSV service point.
🇳🇴🇩🇰🇫🇮🇪🇺 Customers in Norway, Denmark, Finland & the EU:
Please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@garphyttan.com, and we will assist you with the return process.
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to exchange a product, simply return the item and place a new order.
If you return one or more items purchased as part of a bundle offer such as “3 for 2”, the promotion will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at their regular price.
If you return one or more items and the order value falls below the required threshold, the promotional offer will no longer apply. The promotional item must then be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund.
