Shipping and returns

We offer free shipping on all orders above a specific amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and duties and tax charges may apply depending on where you are ordering from. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown in the check-out.

Free standard shipping:

Sweden above 1500 SEK
Norway above 1500 NOK
Denmark above 1500 DKK
Finland & EU* above 150 EUR

*Currently, we only offer shipping to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Spain. We are working on adding more countries to this list.

Delivery times

While we always strive for quick order processing, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Please note that delays due to payment authorization or product availability are not accounted for. During sales periods, there might be minor delivery delays. Orders are processed during business hours. Your shipping estimate will be based on your location.

2-4 business days

Finland & Denmark:
3-6 business days

EU & Norway:
4-6 business days

US:
4-6 business days

Return policy:

We accept world wide returns as long as the items are unworn with their original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. We charge a small return fee to reduce our environmental impact, which varies by location (see below). Refunds will be issued minus the return fee. Please note that we do not reimburse any shipping-related costs associated with the purchase.

Denmark:

Finland & EU:
7 EUR

If you return part of your order and the updated order value falls below the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee will be applied.

Refunds and exchanges:

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your chosen payment method. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order online.
