🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday–Friday). Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days
  • Denmark: 3–6 business days
  • Finland & EU: 3–6 business days
  • Norway: 4–6 business days

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or peak periods (e.g. Black Friday) may require additional processing time.

We currently ship to most EU countries as well as Norway, including:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and more.

We are continuously working to expand this list.

We offer free shipping on orders above the thresholds shown at checkout.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are:

  • Sweden: 60 SEK
  • Denmark: 70 SEK
  • Norway: 100 NOK
  • Finland & EU: 10 EUR

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any duties or taxes are shown at checkout.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel or change it.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

🇸🇪 Swedish customers can track their parcel directly via the link provided.

For international orders, you will be notified by UPS and can follow your delivery through their tracking system once the parcel is on its way.

If you have any questions about your delivery, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.

 

Delivery times are estimates. In rare cases delays may occur due to carriers, customs or peak periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

🇸🇪 Swedish customers:
Use the prepaid return label included in your parcel. No form is required.

🇳🇴🇩🇰🇫🇮🇪🇺 International customers:
Please contact customer service at customercare@garphyttan.com and we will assist you with the return process.

All returned items must be unused and have original tags attached.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days after processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

If you return one or more items from a bundle offer such as “3 for 2”, the promotion will no longer apply.

The items you keep will be charged at their regular price.

If your return reduces the order value below the required promotional threshold, the offer will no longer apply.

The promotional item must be returned, or its value will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to formally exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our dedicated withdrawal form here.

For standard returns in Sweden, you do not need to use this form. Please use the prepaid return label included in your parcel instead.

💳 Payment & Orders

We accept major payment methods including card payments, Walley invoice, and other local payment options shown at checkout.

We recommend downloading the Walley app (iOS or Android). In the app, you can pause your invoice while your return is being processed to avoid late fees.

Yes, company orders are supported. Please contact customer service for assistance if needed.

👕 Product & Sizing

Our clothing is designed for movement, durability and layering. Fit varies between models. We indicate if an item runs large or small on the product page. Customer reviews are also helpful for guidance.

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit.

We also recommend checking customer reviews for insights from people with similar body types.

In the product images, you’ll find model measurements and the size they are wearing, which can be a helpful reference.

If you’re still unsure, please contact us – we’re happy to help.

If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing based on intended use. For layering, go up a size. For a closer fit, choose your regular size.

Our garments are produced in carefully selected factories in China and Bangladesh.
We work closely with all production partners to ensure high quality and responsible manufacturing, including BSCI certification.

We focus on durability and longevity. The most sustainable product is the one that lasts.

By using carefully selected natural and durable materials such as merino wool and cotton, and by designing garments built to withstand years of use, we aim to reduce unnecessary consumption and environmental impact.

With our clothing, we also hope to inspire more time spent outdoors — building a stronger connection to nature and a deeper understanding of how we must work with the planet, not against it.

🛠 Warranty & Care

If your item is defective or breaks under normal use, please contact customer service with your order details and photos.

Normal wear and tear is not covered. Our products are designed for durability in demanding outdoor environments.

Yes. Our hiking socks come with a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects.

If your socks wear out under normal use, you can contact us and we will help you with a replacement.

Some garments can be treated with wax to restore water resistance and durability.

Care instructions vary by product – always check the label before washing. In general, avoid fabric softener and wash at low temperatures to preserve the garment’s performance and durability.

To help extend the life of your clothing, we recommend washing only when necessary – often, airing out the garment is enough. For small stains, you can spot-clean with a damp cloth or sponge instead of a full wash.

Taking care of your garments properly will significantly extend their lifespan, reduce environmental impact, and ensure they perform as intended for longer.

Always follow the care instructions on the product label.

For water-resistant garments, we recommend re-waxing when needed.
