How do I return my order?

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items. If you wish to exchange something, please return the item/items and place a new order.

Do you offer free returns?

To reduce our environmental impact, we’ve decided to charge a small fee for returns. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund when you return an item, so you’ll receive the full amount minus the return fee. Details about the return fee for each location can be found under Shipping and returns.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can always send us an email at customercare@garphyttan.com to see if you can cancel or make changes to your order. Since we try to work as fast as possible with our orders, your order might already be on its way to you, in which we can’t make any changes.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our Central Warehouse in the south of Sweden.

Do you charge for uncollected packages?

If you do not collect your package, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK / 300 NOK / 300 DKK / 30 EUR / 30 USD to cover handling costs.

Where are your clothes manufactured?

Our primary production takes place in Portugal, China, and Bangladesh, with ongoing evaluations of additional locations in Asia and Europe. We prioritize cutting-edge materials and production techniques while ensuring that all facilities meet the standards of BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). BSCI certification focuses on improving working conditions and includes guidelines for environmental responsibility regarding water, air, and chemicals.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to issue a refund as soon as we have received your parcel again in our warehouse. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed. If you still have not received a refund after 15 days, don’t hesitate to get in touch through customercare@garphyttan.com, and we will be happy to help.

How should I treat/waterproof the clothes?

Our standard cotton/polyester fabrics come pre-treated with a liquid-based impregnation that is Oeko-Tex certified. For enhanced water resistance, we recommend using our Garphyttan Original Wax, specifically designed for our cotton/polyester garments.

How do your products fit?

On our product pages, we note if an item deviates from standard sizing. A helpful tip is to check the reviews—you’re likely to find feedback from someone with a similar body type!
