*At the moment, we ship within the EU to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, and Spain. We are working to expand this list.
Shipping origin
All our orders are shipped from our Central Warehouse in southern Sweden.
We aim to process all orders quickly, but exact delivery times may vary. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as seasonal sales. Note that delays due to payment authorization or product availability are not included in the estimates below.

🇩🇰 Denmark & 🇫🇮 Finland (UPS Pick-up Point): 3-6 business days
🇳🇴 Norway (UPS Pick-up Point): 4-6 business days
Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday–Friday).
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery, regardless of your location. A small return fee applies, varying by country, to help reduce our environmental impact. Refunds will be issued minus the return fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a partial return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Tip for customers using invoice payment via Walley:
If you have paid by invoice through Walley, we recommend downloading their app for iOS or Android. In the app, you can pause your invoice to avoid any late fees while your return is being processed.
🇸🇪 Swedish customers:
Use the prepaid return shipping label included in your parcel. Simply re-pack the item(s), attach the return label to the package, and drop it off at your nearest DB Schenker service point.
🌍 Customers in Norway, Denmark, Finland & the EU:
Please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@garphyttan.com, and they will assist you with the return process.
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to exchange a product, simply return the item and place a new order.
If you return one or more items purchased as part of a bundle offer such as “3 for 2”, the discount will be void. You will then be charged the regular price for the items you choose to keep.
