The women’s Denali Parka is built for long days outdoors, shifting weather, and dependable everyday use. Inspired by our classic Smock, it combines a clean, timeless look with practical functionality. The robust 220 gsm fabric is waxed twice for protection against wind, moisture, and wear. Light high-loft insulation adds comfort without bulk, making the parka a versatile outer layer rather than a heavy winter jacket.
The fit is intentionally roomy and designed to work as part of a flexible layering system. Add or remove mid-layers to adapt the jacket to temperature, activity level, and season, whether you’re out walking, working outdoors, or spending a full day in unpredictable Nordic conditions. For added warmth, the Denali Parka pairs perfectly with our insulated shirts, creating a practical layering solution for colder days. A structured hood with a moldable visor and reinforced, seam-free shoulders add protection and durability where it matters most.
The jacket offers practical storage for everyday and outdoor use, including sleeve pockets, hidden zip pockets, interior mesh pockets, and a rear pocket sized to hold a water bottle. Side-zip openings improve ventilation and freedom of movement, while durable, well-made details like leather pullers, matte buttons, and metal trims give the parka a robust, understated character.

Fit
The Women’s Denali Parka has a deliberately roomy fit designed to work as part of a flexible layering system. The generous cut gives you space to adjust warmth by adding or removing mid-layers such as fleece, pile, or insulated shirts, without restricting movement. This makes the parka easy to adapt to different temperatures, activity levels, and seasons.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a closer fit, we recommend choosing the smaller size.
Material & Care
Outer fabric: 65% polyester / 35% cotton (220 gsm), waxed twice for improved resistance to wind and moisture
Lining: 100% polyamide
Insulation: Light synthetic high-loft padding
To preserve the waxed finish and extend the lifespan of the parka, avoid unnecessary washing — often, airing the garment is enough. Spot clean small stains with a damp cloth. If washing is needed, wash gently at 30°C and hang to dry. Do not tumble dry. Re-wax if desired to restore water-repellent properties, optional but not required.
