We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and EU countries including Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We do not reimburse any shipping-related costs associated with the original purchase.
Refunds are issued once your return has reached our warehouse. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing, depending on your payment method.
Tip for customers using invoice payment via Walley:
If you have paid by invoice through Walley, we recommend downloading their app for iOS or Android. In the app, you can pause your invoice to avoid any late fees while your return is being processed.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size, color, or product, please return the item and place a new order for the one you want instead.
Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, we will adjust your invoice accordingly and reimburse you for your original purchase.
If one item is returned from a “3 for 2” offer, the discount is canceled and you’ll be charged full price for the remaining items.

Yes, we offer business purchases with invoice or installment payment options in cooperation with Walley, available in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. You’ll receive your goods before making a payment, and the due date is stated on the invoice sent to your company.
We offer:
Standard invoice – One invoice per order.
Monthly summary invoice – All purchases during a month are combined into one invoice.
Installment payment – Pay over time, with terms provided by Walley.
To place a business order, simply select “Company” at checkout and enter your organization number. Shipping methods and any applicable fees are shown before you confirm the order. Late or missed payments may incur reminder fees and interest.

Our garments are primarily produced in Portugal, China, and Bangladesh. We work in close collaboration with all our factories, which are carefully selected and meet BSCI standards to ensure ethical and responsible working conditions.
We focus on durability and longevity. By using natural materials like merino wool and cotton, and designing garments that last, we aim to reduce unnecessary consumption and environmental impact.
With our clothing, we also hope to inspire more time spent outdoors — building a stronger connection to nature and a deeper understanding of how we must work together with the planet, not against it.
We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or unusual wear, please contact us with photos and details. We’ll review the case and find a solution.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. However, we evaluate each case individually and aim to offer a fair resolution if issues arise.

Care instructions vary by product – always check the label before washing. In general, avoid fabric softener and wash at low temperatures to preserve the garment’s performance and durability.
To help extend the life of your clothing, we recommend washing only when necessary – often, airing out the garment is enough. For small stains, you can spot-clean with a damp cloth or sponge instead of a full wash.
