General
The following general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when ordering products via www.garphyttan.com through Garphyttan Outdoor AB online (“Website”) (“Garphyttan”) (“Garphyttan.com”). The Terms were last updated on 16/01-2025.
To make a purchase via the Website, you must accept these Terms. By accepting the Terms, you agree to adhere to them in full and acknowledge that you have reviewed the information on personal data and consented to the use of cookies in accordance with our privacy policy. Once Garphyttan has confirmed an order, a binding agreement is established between you, as the customer, and Garphyttan Outdoor AB, company reg. no. 559489-6655 (“Garphyttan Outdoor AB”) (“Garphyttan”).
Prices are shown in Svenska Kronor (SEK), Norska Kronor (NOK), Danska Kronor (DKK) Euros (EUR) or US Dollar (USD) including VAT. Deviations from these terms are valid only if both parties have signed a specific agreement governing this. Garphyttan.com reserves the right for out-of-stock items and any image or typographical errors on the website, such as inaccuracies in product descriptions, technical specifications, incorrect prices, or information on stock availability. Garphyttan.com has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time.
Information about your purchase
By accepting these terms and conditions when placing your order, a binding agreement is formed. Upon receiving your order, an automatic confirmation is sent via email with all relevant order details. Always check your order confirmation to ensure everything is correct. Be sure to save your order confirmation for any future contact with Garphyttan’s customer service.
Orders & price
Garphyttan reserves the right to possible stock shortages and inventory discrepancies. If any item you have ordered is out of stock, it will automatically be removed from your order. Garphyttan also reserves the right to discontinue items displayed on the Website and for potential typographical and printing errors on the Website. In rare cases, errors in promotions and prices may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the order, even if an order confirmation has already been received. Garphyttan cannot guarantee that the colors shown in images represent the actual product colors, as colors may vary due to lighting and color representation across different screens.
Shipping
Garphyttan strives to deliver ordered items as quickly as possible. All products shown on the Website are normally in stock for immediate delivery. If they are out of stock, information about extended delivery time will be provided in the product description at the time of ordering. Please note that delivery times for orders placed on Fridays, holidays, and during peak seasons like Black Friday and other sales events may be longer. As a customer, you are aware that there may be deviations from the stated delivery dates.
Upon receiving the delivery, you as the customer should check the items and ensure the quantity matches your order. If anything is incorrect, you must notify us immediately. If the package is damaged upon delivery, this should be reported directly to the agent, as the carrier is responsible for ensuring the package is undamaged.
Orders placed on Garphyttan.com are shipped with DBS Schenker and UPS. Note that delivery options and estimated delivery time may vary depending on which country you reside in. For estimated delivery times, please refer to the information provided under Shipping and returns. We always offer free shipping on purchases over 1500 SEK / 1500 NOK / 1500 DKK / 200 EUR.
Please note: We reserve the right to charge you 300 SEK / 300 NOK / 300 DKK / 30 EUR for unclaimed packages to cover handling costs.
Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Exchanges Right of Withdrawal and Exchange
We offer a 30-day open purchase policy. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of receiving the ordered product. For returns or exchanges, fill out the return form included in the package. If you use the prepaid return address label, you don’t need to pay for the return shipping. Hand in the shipment at your nearest Posten location. The return shipping fee of 50 SEK / 70 NOK / 50 DKK / 7 EUR will be deducted when we process your return. We cover the return shipping cost for exchanges.
If a returned item has been used more than necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality, Garphyttan.com has the right to make a deduction for the reduction in value, which may amount to the full price of the item.
Refunds
If you return your entire order, any fees you paid in connection with the purchase, i.e., the total invoice/receipt value, will be refunded. If you paid by card or direct bank transfer, the money will be refunded to the same card/account you used for payment, minus the deducted return fee. If you paid by invoice/account, the funds will be credited to your account. It may take up to 14 days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Please note that we do not reimburse any shipping-related costs associated with the purchase. If you return part of your order and the updated order value falls below the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee will be applied.
Complaints
As a consumer, you are legally entitled to file a complaint up to three years after purchase, provided it is done within a reasonable time, and no later than two months after discovering a defect. The right of complaint covers defects that can be traced back to the production of the item and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging. To ensure faster handling, please contact us before initiating a complaint.
We will cover the return shipping costs in case of a complaint or incorrect delivery, provided you use our prepaid return label. In the event of a dispute, we adhere to the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes. Transport damage must be reported within a reasonable time. If you notice that the goods are damaged during transport upon receipt, this should be noted on the delivery slip when signing for the shipment. For complaints, please contact customer service.
Payment
In collaboration with Walley, we offer payments via Walley Checkout when you order from Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. Walley Checkout brings together all major payment methods in one solution – choose between direct bank transfer, card payment, invoice, or installment (payment option may vary over time). You select your preferred payment method at checkout before confirming your purchase. Card and bank payments are seamlessly processed without requiring you to leave the page.
With invoice or installment payments, you receive the goods before paying. You can then choose to pay the full amount at once or split it into smaller payments. The due date may vary and will be indicated on the invoice or installment notice sent to you. Delivery methods and any additional fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
To select invoice or installment payments, you must provide your registered address as the delivery address, and you must be at least 18 years old at the time of purchase. A minor credit check will be conducted, which may, in some cases involve a credit report. In the event of late or missed payments, a late fee and interest on arrears will be charged.

Currently, customers ordering from Germany can only access card payment through Walley.
If you are a Swish/Vips user, you can make payments directly from your bank account. Open the Swish/Vips app on your mobile device and authorize the payment using your mobile Bank ID to complete the purchase. In case of a return, the refund will be processed via Swish/Vips.
For customers from other European countries and the United States, we offer direct card payment through Stripe. Stripe supports a wide range of card types, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, ensuring a secure and convenient checkout experience. Simply select card payment at checkout and follow the prompts to enter your card details.

Garphyttan Outdoor AB does not disclose personal data to third parties; however, we may share your personal data with companies within the Garphyttan Outdoor AB group to allow you to access more interesting offers and news. By registering and placing an order, you agree to our storage and use of your data to fulfill the agreement with you. Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to obtain information about the data we have registered about you. If this information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted. Please contact us by email in such cases.
Anti-Spam Policy
Garphyttan Outdoor AB opposes spam as much as you do and has strict rules on handling your data. As a customer, you may receive emails regarding your order, payment, or other automated messages. You may also receive emails, SMS, or other direct marketing with information, newsletters, or offers. If you opted into receiving newsletters, you will receive updates containing offers and other information from us. Should you wish to stop receiving these, you can easily unsubscribe via a link in the email. You will only receive messages from Garphyttan Outdoor AB or partners within the same group, and never from third-party suppliers outside our group.

Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental decisions, non-deliveries from suppliers, costly circumstances, and similar events beyond the control of Garphyttan Outdoor AB, which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be regarded as force majeure. This means that Garphyttan Outdoor AB is freed from its obligations to fulfill agreements made.
